Factoring Payment Methods

Factoring companies will usually offer a selection of different payment methods, so that you (the client), can request any one of them depending on your specific needs. At Little Mountain Logistics we offer the following payment methods: ACH, Wire Transfer, EFS Transfer, EFS Money Codes and Instant Pay, that you can select right from your online portal when submitting invoices or request via email, phone, text or WhatsApp.

ACH Payment

ACH is our default payment method, which means that if you don’t specify a payment method for your invoices we’ll pay you via ACH. In the United States, the ACH Network is the national automated clearing house (ACH) for electronic funds transfers, and through this method, your payment will be available in your bank account, the next business day, first thing in the morning. We offer this payment method free of charge to our clients.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are payments that are sent immediately to your bank, as long as the instructions are placed before 5pm EST. We recommend this payment method only for when it is urgent to receive the funds the same day, as it carries a cost of $25 per wire transfer. Please note that if you are submitting more than one invoice for purchase and request a wire transfer, you’ll only be charged once the $25, because it is per transfer and not per invoice.

EFS Transfer and Money Code

We can send immediate fund transfers to your EFS account, and if you don’t have one, we can open one for you as part of our fuel card program. We offer these transfers at $15, so they are less expensive then wires but you won’t have the money in your bank account but rather on your EFS account where you can use it for fuel, maintenance, issuing money codes, etc.

We can also offer EFS money codes of up to $1,000 for a $15 fee if you ever need them, but please note that with an EFS account you can issue the codes yourself for a lower charge.

Instant Pay

Instant Pay is an immediate payment that has a lower cost than a wire transfer, we charge $15 per Instant Pay and is available for almost all clients that have a debit card tied to their account. Please note that if you are submitting more than one invoice for purchase and request an Instant Pay, you’ll only be charged once the $15, because it is per payment and not per invoice. We always have the option of using a wire transfer method if the funds are needed immediately and Instant Pay is not available.
